CAPRATE Events has announced HSA PrimeCare Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Jon Boley, as a featured panelist at the Second Annual Chicago & Midwest Healthcare Real Estate Summit. This Thursday, Boley will speak alongside McGuire Woods Partner, Scott Becker; Waller Partner, Jeffrey Calk; Cushman & Wakefield Managing Principal, Mark Johnson; and Navigant Director, Michael O’Keefe in discussing the evolution of the healthcare real estate lease. Attendees of the full-day conference will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and multiple networking breaks throughout the day, in addition to informational panels featuring healthcare real estate experts.

In his role at HSA PrimeCare, Jon Boley is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing medical facility developments and acquisitions, as well as providing market and financial analysis, risk analysis, asset evaluations and related economic modeling for PrimeCare‘s healthcare real estate portfolio as well as prospective medical office transactions.

Next month, HSA PrimeCare President, John Wilson, will speak at Bisnow’s 4th annual healthcare real estate event, “How Attractive is that Investment?” Other panelists include Ventas EVP, John Cobb; Northwestern Memorial Healthcare VP, Gina Weldy; Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director, Loren Guzik; and others. The panelists will begin the discussion at 8:00am, following a networking breakfast and end at 10:00am, after a “post-game schmooze.”

In 1995, John Wilson created a healthcare real estate advisory initiative, which has grown into HSA PrimeCare. John oversees the growth of this group, which has served clients such as Advocate / Good Samaritan Hospital, Christ Medical Center, Lutheran General Hospital, University of Chicago Hospitals, Silver Cross Hospital, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Franciscan Alliance, Ingalls Health System, and Loyola Medical Center, to name a few. HSA PrimeCare has quickly grown its portfolio of developed and purchased properties to over 20+ healthcare facilities, and now manages medical properties totaling over one million square feet across the Midwest.
