Claudette Zoch
Claudette Zoch joined HSA Commercial in 2016, bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate and property management experience. She has managed various property types in excess of 1 million square feet, primarily throughout the Midwest and Texas.
As President of Property Management, Claudette oversees the property management division, including property tax appeals, property insurance, and existing client accounts. Her responsibilities ensure owner, client, and tenant satisfaction while maintaining high standards of property operations. Claudette applies her expertise in tenant relations, budgeting, cash management, cost analysis, building operations, project planning, construction support, and regulatory compliance to enhance and create value in the assets under her management. She is based out of HSA’s management field office in Brookfield, WI.
