Bisnow has announced HSA PrimeCare President, John Wilson, as a featured All-Star panelist at the third annual Chicago Healthcare Real Estate Summit. Wilson will join Lillibridge CIO, Vince Cozzi; Health Care REIT SVP, Mike Noto; and others in discussing the recent and upcoming changes in medical office real estate. Following the continental breakfast, the panelists will begin at 8:00 am, and attendees are encouraged to stay for post-panel networking from 9:30 – 10:00 am.

In 1995, John Wilson created a healthcare real estate advisory initiative which has grown into HSA PrimeCare. John oversees the growth of this group, which has served clients such as Advocate / Good Samaritan Hospital, Christ Medical Center, Lutheran General Hospital, University of Chicago Hospitals, Silver Cross Hospital, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Franciscan Alliance, Ingalls Health System, and Loyola Medical Center, to name a few. HSA PrimeCare has quickly grown its portfolio of developed and purchased properties to over 20+ healthcare facilities, and now manages medical properties totaling over one million square feet across the Midwest and Florida.

According to Bisnow, the Summit, “will cover what is quickly becoming a healthcare facilities and medical office boom. Delivering outpatient care to local neighborhoods has connected healthcare providers and real estate executives in a new way. Strategic use of real estate has become a tool for health systems to reach more patients, cut costs, and finance new projects through consolidation, all while improving quality of care.”
