Experience
Since joining HSA Commercial Real Estate in 2005, Jones has closed $1.0 billion of debt placements on more than 15 million square feet of commercial real estate. Jones has financed projects such as The Mayfair Collection, a $100+ million retail redevelopment; the Silver Cross Hospital Medical Building and Cancer Center, a 75,000-square-foot medical development; and over 12 million square feet of industrial product.  Doug also negotiates purchase and sale agreements, leases, and joint venture agreements on behalf of various HSA partnerships.
